Don't settle for second best
Author: Calvin Dorman
You go to work and find that it limits your growth and the giving of your full potential. How many people do you think are just working for the salary and how many do you think are working because they find their jobs give them a sense of growth and fulfilment.
I am afraid that the impression I get is one of survival - there seems to be too much month left at the end of the money for most people.Surely the purpose of your business is to thrive and to be well rewarded for the value you bring to the market place.
Come on, put a greater value on yourself - think of the part you play in your business or part-time business as valuable.
Why not increase the price of your product / service and then work hard day and night to add the value to match that high price until the market compares and responds to that price - no matter how long it takes.Refine your skills, but don’t settle for a desperate second best.
Believe in yourself - believe in the value you offer and you will see that people will reward you accordingly.
